Julie Egan
Julie graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in English and began her career in residential real estate in 1989. She is a proud member of both the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Julie has also earned the prestigious Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation, reflecting her commitment to providing the highest level of service through a strong educational foundation and in-depth knowledge of real estate practices. A Colorado native at heart, Julie embraces all that the state has to offer. She has lived throughout Denver, now resides in Cherry Hills Village, and has 1 grown child. Deeply committed to her community, she has served on the Harrison Memorial Animal Foundation Board, the Denver Botanic Gardens Board, and chaired numerous fundraising events supporting local Denver organizations. Sallie is a seasoned luxury real estate broker and licensed attorney with over three decades of experience in the real estate industry. She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree in Marketing and International Business before earning her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. Sallie has been a licensed attorney in Colorado since 1989, specializing in real estate law and representing individuals and businesses in complex transactions involving the purchase, sale, leasing, and development of property nationwide. In 1997, Sallie decided to take her real estate law expertise and her negotiation skills to the sales side of the real estate arena. Leveraging her legal expertise, deep market knowledge, and sharp negotiation skills, she quickly established herself as a trusted and results-driven broker in Colorado’s competitive luxury market.
